About the programme

 

At Glanbia, the graduate programme is structured to provide each individual with an opportunity to develop their capabilities on a number of assignments over a two year period. By taking the time to understand the type of experience you are looking for, we can tailor a placement that is unique to your specific strengths and qualifications.

Our Global outlook contributes strongly to our success so we have placement opportunities in the USA, Canada, China, Germany and the UK in addition to our Irish locations. The programme is renowned for offering graduates valuable involvement in challenging projects in a dynamic and fast moving environment. Graduates will be placed in a number of different Glanbia divisions over a two year period, developing their skills and taking responsibility for delivering results in their respective businesses. Following the programme, the majority of graduates go on to enjoy a rewarding and challenging career with Glanbia.

Training and development

We recognise the importance of continuous training. Graduates receive full support for the duration of the programme.

Role Specific Training ensures the graduate is fully prepared for the responsibilities and goals set out for them.

Management Development Training provided in conjunction with the IMI (Irish Management Institute) is also an integral part of the graduate programme.

Finance/Accounting Qualification professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA or ACA for our Accounting graduates, and a Diploma in Accounting and Business for our non Finance graduates.

And Preferably:

  • Full clean drivers license
  • European Language
